Programs and Services

Stoneleigh provides the following services and programs to eligible clients:

	Weatherization:  Stoneleigh Housing Inc. administers the Federal Low-Income Weatherization Assistance Program in Madison County.  Eligible homeowners are eligible to receive weatherization that may include: weatherstripping, caulking, cleaning and testing of heating systems, replace or repair broken windows, insulation of walls and ceilings, minor repairs to ensure maximum efficiency from the weatherization services provided.
	Housing Counseling:  Stoneleigh is a certified HUD counseling agency providing counseling in the following areas:  Pre purchase, mortgage default, home improvements, rehab energy conservation, HECM and general counseling.
	Home Improvement Program:  Grants are available for property owners to make necessary home repairs and improvements.  Eligibility for home improvement grants are based on several factors including location and income.
	RESTORE Grants:  Provide emergency housing repairs to elderly clients.  Clients must meet established program income guidelines.
	EnRiched Housing:  Is a non-medical program of coordinated supportive services for the elderly which is licensed, regulated and inspected by the New York State Department of Health.  The program is available to a limited number of residents of Stoneleigh Apartments in Canastota and Cazenovia Village Apartments in Cazenovia.
	Apartments:  Stoneleigh is part owner of two apartment complexes for senior citizens and the disabled.
