Apartments
Stoneleigh Housing Inc. owns two apartment complexes for the elderly and
disabled in Madison County. Eligibility for tenancy in the complexes below
is based on federal income guidelines. The apartments are subsidized by grants
or loans from New York State, USDA and US Housing and Urban Development
Corporation, so that no tenant will pay more than 30% of their monthly income
for rent and utilities. For more detailed rent information, please contact the
Manager at the project.
At Present, there are no vacancies at either project. Please contact the Manager to be placed on a waiting list.

| Stoneleigh Housing Inc. formed a limited partnership with David R. Bacon, owner of Two Plus Four Construction Company, in 1993 to build apartments for the elderly in the Village. The 24 unit complex was completed in the fall of 1993. The project is financed with a mortgage from the Farmers' Home Administration 515 Program. Rental assistance is provided by the NYS Division of Housing and community Renewal. | |

Stoneleigh Apartments |

| Completed in 1982, Stoneleigh Apartments was
funded by the Department of Housing and Urban Development. The
complex has 100 units.
To be eligible, tenants must be at least 62 years old or mobility impaired. Income restrictions apply. |
